We didn't build a better bra. We stopped building bras.
Instead of forcing support into two straps and a band, we spread it across the entire top. No concentrated pressure points. No hardware. Nothing that digs, pinches or rolls.
This isn't shapewear and it isn't compression. It's "supported enough": the feeling of being gently held and smoothly covered, now with sleeves.
Your bra isn't failing because of your body. It's the design.
Look at what actually carries the weight in a bra: two shoulder straps and one band. Four strips, each about an inch wide, doing all of the work. That's exactly where the grooves, red marks and back bulge show up by evening.
All the weight. Four narrow points.
Two shoulders and two sides carry the entire load, so that's exactly where it digs, rolls and leaves marks.
The same weight. Spread across all of you.
Shoulders, ribs, sides and waist share the load across the whole garment, and the sleeves anchor it at the shoulder, so nothing slides or needs hitching back up.
Nothing to rip off at 5 p.m., because nothing has been pressing since breakfast.
Why nothing you've tried has worked
Each fix changes the fabric. None of them change the architecture.
Less digging, for about a week. Then the band starts riding up your back.
Still four pointsLovely for an hour. Under a real top there is no lift and no smoothing.
Still four pointsA thin strip of elastic that flattens instead of lifts, and still leaves your arms bare.
Not real supportBuilt for an hour at the gym, not twelve hours of living. Tight, and a wrestle to take off.
Too much squeeze
Everything women love about the built-in bra tank. Plus the part it was missing.
A built-in bra tank fixes the bra, but it still leaves your arms bare. So on goes the cardigan: for coverage, for chilly rooms, for church or the office. We kept the same built-in bra and gave it full-length sleeves.
Full-length sleeves give you the coverage you want without another layer on top.
Light enough on its own in spring and autumn, smooth enough to layer under knits in winter.
Sleeves anchor the shirt at the shoulder: no strap to slide, no strap to show.

Nothing narrow anywhere in it.
One motion over your head and you're dressed. Here's what's doing the work.
The inner layer gives gentle, even hold across the whole torso. No narrow bands concentrating pressure.
Anchored cups hold their place wash after wash, and slip out if you prefer a lighter feel.
No underwire, no hooks. Sleeves spread the hold across your shoulders, so nothing digs in.
Sits flat against your body for a clean silhouette under clothes.
Dressed in one motion
Over your head, one arm at a time. No clasps, no hooks, nothing to reach behind for.
Smooth, supported and covered to the wrist. Grab your keys and go.
No strap to hitch up, no band to tug down. Comfortable from morning coffee to bedtime.
Most built-in bra tops don't work. Here's why.
The cheap ones sew a single thin strip of jersey across the chest and call it a bra. You still need a real bra underneath, and it's easy to decide the whole idea is a gimmick. The idea works. Thin fabric doesn't. Three things separate a real one:
- A genuine double layer. Two full layers across the bust, not a lining strip.
- Cups that are anchored. Held in place so they can't rotate, bunch or vanish in the wash.
- Length and side anchoring. Cut past the hip and anchored at the sides, so the hem doesn't roll up.
SORAYA is built around all three, and then we added sleeves.
One column with every box ticked.
Every alternative changes the fabric. Only one changes the architecture, and covers your arms.

The questions everyone asks first
Will it really support me like a bra?
For a normal day (errands, work, church, time with the grandchildren), yes. The support is spread out instead of concentrated, which is why you stop noticing it. An honest caveat: if you are fuller-busted and heading out for high-impact exercise, keep a dedicated sports bra for that.
Won't long sleeves be too warm?
The knit is light and breathable, closer to a thin base layer than a sweater. Wear it on its own in spring and autumn, under a light jacket when it cools down, and as a smooth base layer beneath knits in winter.
Will the sleeves fit if my upper arms are fuller?
The sleeves are cut from the same four-way stretch knit, so they move with you rather than grip. If anything feels snug, we'll exchange your size free.
I'm a DD, F or G. Will it fit me?
Yes. It isn't sized by cup letter. Use the size finder above: tap your band and cup, and we'll give you your SORAYA size. Sizes run from XS to 6XL.
Will it show under a white blouse?
No straps cross your back, so there are no lines or clasp bumps to print through, and the double layer through the bust keeps it opaque.
Will it ride up when I walk?
It's cut past the hip with a finished hem and anchored at the sides, so it tucks in and stays there.
How do I wash it? Will the padding survive?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out. Hang to dry or tumble on low. Skip fabric softener, it coats the stretch fibres. The cups are anchored, so they won't flip or go missing.
Can I put it on by myself?
Yes. It goes over your head like any shirt, one arm at a time. Nothing to fasten and nothing to reach behind you for.
How long does shipping take, and what if I change my mind?
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking by email. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund, and size exchanges are free.
Your bras didn't stop working because of you.
They hold you up through the same four narrow strips they always have. Spread the support, cover your arms, and the countdown to taking it off simply stops.
